SHIPPING POLICY

1. 運送範圍(Shipping Areas)

 

 

本公司提供 香港地區 及 國際運送(視乎產品與目的地)。

We provide local delivery within Hong Kong and international shipping (depending on product and destination).

 

 

 

2. 運費(Shipping Fees)

 

 

  • 香港境內配送:順豐到付

  • 國際配送:根據目的地及包裹重量/體積計算運費,結帳時計算。

  • 所有運費皆以運送公司為準。

  • Hong Kong Delivery: SF Express – Freight Collect

  • International Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/volume.

  • All shipping fees are subject to the courier’s rates.

 

 

 

 

3. 處理時間(Processing Time)

 

 

  • 所有訂單一般於 1–3 個工作日 處理(付款確認後)。

  • 預訂貨品或缺貨商品處理時間可能延長,具體時間將在產品頁面或訂單確認後另行通知。

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Pre-order or out-of-stock items may take longer to process. Customers will be notified on the product page or after order confirmation.

 

 

 

 

4. 運送時間(Delivery Time)

 

 

  • 香港地區配送通常需時 1–3 個工作天。

  • 國際運送視目的地而定,一般需時 5–14 個工作天,但可能因海關、物流延誤等因素而延長。

  • Local delivery within Hong Kong usually takes 1–3 business days.

  • International delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–14 business days, and may be delayed due to customs or logistics issues.

 

 

 

 

5. 運送方式及追蹤(Shipping Method & Tracking)

 

 

  • 本公司使用可靠的快遞公司(例如 順豐、FedEx、DHL 或其他本地快遞服務)。

  • 出貨後會透過電子郵件或 WhatsApp 提供包裹 追蹤編號,客戶可查詢配送狀態。

  • We use reliable couriers such as SF Express, FedEx, DHL, or other local delivery services.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp for you to check the delivery status.

 

 

 

 

6. 延遲情況(Delays)

 

 

  • 如因天氣、海關檢查、物流公司繁忙或其他不可控因素造成延誤,本公司將儘快通知客戶。

  • 超過預計交貨時間後 一個月 仍未收到貨品,請聯絡本公司查詢並可申請退款或替換(視產品政策而定)。

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, courier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order is not received within one month after the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance. Refunds or replacements may be arranged (subject to product policies).

 

 

 

 

7. 責任範圍(Liability)

 

 

  • 一旦貨物交付給快遞公司,本公司即認為送貨責任已轉移。

  • 若因填寫地址錯誤或未能成功聯絡導致未送達,本公司概不負責。

  • Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the Company’s delivery responsibility is considered fulfilled.

  • We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or failed contact attempts by the courier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. 銷售最終決定(All Sales Are Final)

 

 

所有商品一經售出,恕不接受退貨或退款。

All products are sold on a non-returnable and non-refundable basis.

 

 

 

2. 官方瑕疵(Official Defects)

 

 

即使商品存在官方瑕疵或損壞,亦不設退換或退款。

Even in the case of official defects or damages, no return or exchange will be accepted.

 

 

 

3. 問題提出時限(Reporting Issues)

 

 

如對商品有任何問題,必須於 收貨後 7 日內 提出,逾期恕不受理。

Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receipt; requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 

 

 

4. 責任與決定權(Liability & Rights)

 

 

本公司保留對任何退貨、換貨或產品爭議的 最終決定權。

The Company reserves the right of final decision in any disputes regarding returns, exchanges, or product issues.
